Our Shipping and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our items we don't normally accept returns but if your not happy or your order arrives in an unsatisfactory manner then please contact us to discuss the issue so we can try to resolve the issue with you.

Wax Melt Shipping

All of our Candles/Wax melts and burners are sent out within 3-4 working days of placing your orders using Royal Mail first/second class postage, Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive during busy periods.

Crochet Shipping

All our crochet items are handmade to order so please allow up to 7-10 days for your items to be shipped, we send all our crochet goods via Royal Mail, Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive once you receive your dispatch email in our busiest periods
